6 immersive workshops to cultivate Adoption Literacy and emotional wellbeing.
Join author and therapist Cam Lee Small as he facilitates an exclusive series of 6 professionally curated experiential workshops over the course of 6 months, July-December 2024. Adult adoptees are invited to grow and be nourished through these immersive, open, gently guided sessions that speak to touchpoints commonly encountered throughout the lifespan.
Here’s a taste of the curriculum from the most recent cohort:

How It Works

This particular curriculum is inspired by Cam’s recently published book The Adoptee’s Journey: From Loss and Trauma to Healing and Empowerment. The purpose of the group is to help you as an adult adoptee to develop a deeper sense of self-awareness, nurture healthy relationships, gain clarity about what adoption means (and doesn’t mean) to you, widen the scope of your responses to the stressors and joys of every-day life, and to overall promote increased capacities for mental health and empowerment toward a consciously hopeful future.
We’ll gather for six 90-minute sessions monthly and virtually on Zoom:
