Tough conversations and hot topics can often leave us feeling depleted and exhausted, myself included. I think there’s value in that because it speaks to our dedication and care for what’s at stake.

I ALSO believe we have the capacity to leave these types of conversations feeling refreshed, convicted, and empowered.

I didn’t know that was possible until I experienced it myself as an adult adoptee; connecting with and relating with other adoptees for the first time at summer camp. It’s a feeling I can hardly describe. I can only say I cherish those moments and wish more folks could experience that kind of validation and support.

Adoptive parents, I know your job is non-stop as you pour into your children. That’s why I take this time to pour energy and resources back into you.

Unfortunately, a lot of families are left hanging after they adopt. Here’s one of the ways I hope to make it different for y’all🧭🌍

In addition to 12 bite-sized weekly learning modules, we’ll meet together virtually via Zoom every other week for a total of 6 times.
